Primary SEN Teacher - September 2026 Start | Tower Hamlets
Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Tower Hamlets? Do you thrive in an inclusive, supportive school environment where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of children with additional needs?
We are currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Tower Hamlets that is seeking a committed Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a strong interest in special educational needs to join a school that places inclusion at the heart of everything it does.
The Role
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Create and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
- Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to achieve their full potential
