SEN Teaching Assistant | Reception & KS1 | Full-Time | September Start
Glow Educate is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Portslade this September.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting children across Reception and Key Stage 1, working closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning, develop communication skills and build confidence in the classroom.

The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
- Help children develop socially, emotionally and academically.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support.
- Create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

- Has previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
- Is patient, caring and resilient.
- Has experience of Phonics and Early Years.
- Builds positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
- Is passionate about helping every child achieve their potential.
