We have the opportunity for a Primary Specialist Teacher to join our Northwich team on a full time, permanent basis. Skills & Experience The Specialist Teacher will be responsible to plan, deliver and evaluate a highly personalised curriculum for a small group of pupils (Year 3–6) with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) who are working at EYFS levels. The role involves leading provision within a specialist hub, while also supporting inclusion through targeted teaching within mainstream classrooms and the learning centre. The Specialist Teacher will ensure that all pupils access a meaningful, developmentally appropriate education that supports their communication, cognition, social-emotional development and independence, enabling them to engage as fully as possible in school life. The role also includes leading and delivering professional development to build staff capacity in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND across the school.
