Are you a passionate Primary Supply Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities from September 2026? Academics is working with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools across the Worksop area and is looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable teachers to support schools on a temporary supply basis. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary age range.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management.
- Follow each school's policies, procedures and planning where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

What We Offer
- Competitive daily pay of £140 to £225 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), dependent upon experience, qualifications, key stage experience, and the client.
- Flexible work to fit around your lifestyle and commitments.

- Ongoing support from your dedicated Academics consultant.
- Access to long-term, short-term and potential permanent teaching opportunities.
To be considered for this Primary Supply Teacher role, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- A current Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
- The right to work in the UK.
