Primary Teacher (QTS) Specialist Autism School

South West London

Permanent Role | September Start (or sooner) | Paid Throughout the Summer Holidays
Small Classes | Outstanding Support

Are you an exceptional Primary Teacher looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives?
We are looking for a passionate and committed Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) to join our growing specialist autism school in Chelsea.

You do not need previous SEN school experience.

Our Headteacher is keen to meet talented teachers from mainstream primary schools who have excellent classroom practice, strong behaviour management and a genuine desire to support children with additional needs. If you're an outstanding primary teacher who wants to develop specialist SEND skills, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Our school supports approximately 45 pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, offering small classes, exceptional staffing levels and a highly collaborative environment where teachers can focus on delivering outstanding learning rather than managing large class sizes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
