Full-time On-Site Education Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Primary Teacher to educate students in grades 1 through 5. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a positive and academic learning environment, delivering core subjects (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) effectively, and developing the students' foundation for future learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with parents through conferences and regular reports.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage classroom behavior and establish a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and departmental meetings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant Master's Degree.
- Any Bachelor's degree completed with a recognized teacher training certification.
- For people who have at least 4 years of relevant teaching experience, certain educational qualifications may be compromised.
Skill & Experience
- You have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Primary Teacher in a recognized school.
- Strong command of core subject matter and pedagogical techniques.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to various learning styles.
- Proficiency in using classroom technology (e.g., smart boards, educational software).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
