"Are you a Life Changer? Do you want to lean in and transform the life of a child?"

At Compass Community, we put children first—through a therapeutic, innovative approach. Integrity, Courage and Care define everything we do. We listen deeply, challenge each other, and fix what needs fixing, together.

This work—and we’d like you to be part of it.

Who We Are

We work with children from diverse backgrounds, all needing specialist support for:

  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)—including:
    • Autism
    • ADHD
    • Communication difficulties

As a trauma and attachment-informed organisation, all staff receive extensive therapeutic training and support.

Our triangulated approach ensures the child is at the centre of decision-making, fostering collaboration between:

  • Education & therapy professionals
  • Parents/carers
  • Local authority teams
  • Most importantly, our students—to secure outstanding outcomes for all.

The Role

You’re not just teaching a subject—you’re teaching them.

As a Primary Teacher at Compass, you’ll:

  • Know each child deeply, building professional, nurturing, and positive relationships.
  • Motivate students through individualised, engaging, and rigorous experiences—regardless of their learning level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
