Primary Teacher: Huntingdon and Surrounding Areas

We are currently partnering with a variety of excellent primary schools, infant schools, and academies throughout Huntingdon and the wider Cambridgeshire area. We are looking for adaptable, passionate educators to support these vibrant school communities.

Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to step away from the pressures of full-time classroom leadership, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to build confidence across different year groups, we can help you find your perfect balance.

Find Your Ideal Way Of Working

  • Day-to-Day Cover: Take complete control of your schedule. Choose exactly which days you want to work to perfectly fit around your personal commitments, studies, or lifestyle. It is a fantastic way to experience different school settings.
  • Long-Term Opportunities: If you prefer stability, we have fixed-term roles spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity, sickness, or interim gaps). It's the perfect way to truly embed yourself within a local school team and see your students' progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
