Year 5 / Year 6 Teacher: Hounslow September Start Full Time
A welcoming and well-established primary school in Hounslow is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with strong classroom practice and a proven ability to inspire pupils during the upper Key Stage 2 years.
The school is looking for someone confident in delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations, and helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The Role
- Full-time Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher position
- September start
- Long-term contract with potential for a permanent opportunity
- Planning, teaching, and assessing across the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Working collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status): essential
- Previous experience teaching Year 5 or Year 6 within UK primary schools
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- A proactive and positive approach to teaching
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil development
