Primary Supply Teachers - Flexible Roles Across Huddersfield

Location: Huddersfield and surrounding areas

Job Type: Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply

Salary: £121 - 167 per day depending on experience

Start Date: Ongoing

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding work in Huddersfield? Whether you're interested in day-to-day supply or longer-term placements, Stafflex Education is here to help you take the next step in your teaching journey.

We work with a wide network of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Huddersfield and Kirklees, offering a range of teaching opportunities in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

About the Role:

  • Teach engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Work across a range of schools and year groups, adapting to different classroom environments
  • Create a positive and inspiring learning atmosphere
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans or use your own creativity when needed
  • Maintain strong behaviour management to support pupil progress
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A flexible, professional, and proactive approach
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
