Your Core Responsibilities
- Plan and Deliver: Create high-quality, engaging lessons across the full Primary National Curriculum.
- Nurture: Create a classroom family where every child feels safe, respected, and ready to learn.
- Assess: Use formative and supportive assessments to track progress and ensure no child is left behind.
- Partner: Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and your team of Teaching Assistants to support every pupil's journey.
