The School and Opportunity
A well-respected and inclusive primary school in the Streatham area of Lambeth is looking to appoint a motivated Primary Teacher to join their KS2 team from September 2026.
The school has a strong reputation for its nurturing ethos, ambitious curriculum, and positive relationships with families. Staff work within a highly collaborative environment where planning is shared across year groups and leadership is visible and supportive.
Pupils are enthusiastic learners, behavior across the school is well managed, and there is a strong emphasis on developing confidence, independence, and creativity alongside academic progress.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class and join an experienced Lower KS2 team with established planning and support structures in place.
The role will involve delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum while helping pupils build secure foundations in reading, writing, and maths as they progress through KS2.

Responsibilities Include
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Supporting pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Creating a positive and well-structured classroom environment
- Maintaining high expectations for behavior and presentation
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate
The School Is Looking For a Teacher Who
- Holds QTS with recent UK primary teaching experience
- Has strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
- Demonstrates effective classroom and behavior management
- Is reflective, organized, and enthusiastic about teaching
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
