About Reeson Education
Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to take a Year 5 class in a Portsmouth primary school. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a Primary Teacher who wants to inspire, support, and lead learning across the curriculum.
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' academic and social development, and work closely with staff to create a positive classroom environment. The successful Primary Teacher will manage behavior effectively, adapt to individual needs, and provide a safe, stimulating learning space.
Primary Teacher: Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons as a Primary Teacher for Year 5
- Plan, prepare, and adapt learning activities as a Primary Teacher
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive learning
- Work collaboratively with staff as a Primary Teacher
- Maintain safeguarding and school policies at all times
- Provide feedback on pupil progress as a Primary Teacher
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Actively contribute to school initiatives as a Primary Teacher
- Inspire pupils and maintain high expectations as a Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher: Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools as a Primary Teacher
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to teach across all Year 5 subjects as a Primary Teacher
- Confident, reliable, and flexible approach to teaching
