Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with pre-set lesson plans.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a productive and focused learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to diverse school settings and follow specific institutional policies.
- Support pupil development and engagement during daily assignments.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven ability to adapt to new classroom environments with professionalism.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to teaching.
- Must possess or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
