Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a structured environment (e.g., schools, nurseries, youth clubs, or sports coaching).
- A cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Education is highly desirable, though relevant experience is prioritized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing approach to pupil engagement.
- An adaptable, proactive professional demeanor, comfortable supporting individual pupils, small intervention groups, or assisting with general classroom management.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check).
