Primary Tutor – Woolton Tuition
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and achieve their full potential in a supportive small-group environment.
The Role
You’ll teach small groups of primary-aged children (maximum of four pupils) across Key Stage 2, delivering high-quality maths and English tuition tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Hours
- Two evenings a week (4pm–7pm).

Essential Requirements
- Experience teaching or tutoring children across Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the primary maths and English curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, encouraging, and nurturing approach.
- Ability to adapt teaching to suit a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Experience working with children with SEND.
- Experience preparing pupils for 11+ / entrance examinations (e.g. Bluecoat, Belvedere or similar).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/tutoring experience.
