Functional Lead – Primavera
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead to drive the end-to-end functional design and delivery of a Primavera implementation programme. You will lead requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder engagement, and functional governance while acting as the primary interface between the client, Primavera delivery partner (RPC), and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements capture and business process design (As-Is/To-Be).
- Own functional solution design across planning, scheduling, governance, risk, cost, and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment, and sign-off activities.
- Coordinate Functional Analysts and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
- Support testing, cutover planning, training, and transition to BAU.
Required Skills
- Strong Primavera functional expertise (P6, planning, scheduling, WBS, baselines, progress reporting).
- Experience with governance, controls, reporting, and project lifecycle processes.
- Requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and enterprise system integration.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Functional Analyst – Primavera

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, and user adoption activities for a Primavera implementation programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Support Primavera functional design and configuration validation.
- Develop test scripts and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Create training materials and support users during deployment and hypercare.
Required Skills
- Experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of Primavera and project controls processes.
- Testing and UAT support experience.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting data migration and user enablement.
Integration Architect / Technical Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an Integration Architect / Technical Lead to define and oversee the integration architecture for a Primavera implementation, ensuring secure, scalable, and supportable integrations across the enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead integrations between Primavera, Oracle Fusion, OIC, Azure-based HIP, and Sentinel.
- Define API, messaging, security, monitoring, and resilience standards.
- Lead technical design reviews and integration delivery activities.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
- Expertise in API-led integration, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and Azure integration platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring, security, resilience, and support models.
- Technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Integration Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for an Integration Developer to build and support integrations between Primavera and enterprise platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure OIC integrations, mappings, orchestrations, and adapters.
- Implement API-led and event-driven integration solutions.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and cutover activities.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and operational support capabilities.
- Produce technical documentation and support artefacts.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience.
- Strong REST/SOAP integration skills.
- Experience with API-led, synchronous, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Knowledge of integration testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of secure integration development practices.
Additional Information
- 12 month contract
- Inside IR35
- Working onsite 2/3 days a week in Hampshire
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
