Princess Cruises Reservations Advisor

Senior Reservations Advisor – Princess Cruises

We take enormous pride in bringing Princess Cruises to life, and as a Reservations Advisor, you’ll embody our brand passion by providing exceptional customer service, enhancing guest experiences, and achieving sales and telephony targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use your product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills to resolve pre- and post-cruise enquiries via inbound calls, aiming for first-call resolution to meet guest and travel agent partner expectations.
  • Build trusting relationships by proactively identifying cruise and itinerary options tailored to individual needs.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings with confidence, recommending and selling:
    • Cruise holidays
    • Cabins and cabin upgrades
    • Packages and add-on products
  • Manage the booking journey from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Provide travel agent and guest support via webchat.
  • Handle complex and special requests with professionalism, demonstrating expert knowledge and ownership until resolution.

Role Overview

Classification: CUK13 Working Model: Full-time, permanent (hybrid: minimum 2 days on-site in Southampton) Training: Full 5-week immersive programme (mon-fri, 9:00–17:00, mandatory attendance).

  • Ability to leverage product expertise to recommend ideal cruise options and retain bookings.

Shift Patterns

  • Core hours: Mon-Fri (08:00–20:00), Sat (09:00–17:00), Sun (10:00–16:00)
  • Frequency: Work 2 Saturdays in 4 and 2 Sundays in 4. Exact schedules confirmed locally by our CCO Resource Planning team. Breaks included.
