Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Associate to join our corporate team based in London. This is a senior role advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
As a key member of the team, you will lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate transactions from inception to completion, including M&A, disposals, private equity deals, and restructurings.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and company law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation.
- Manage due diligence processes and advise on legal risks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor associates and trainees.
- Support business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
About You
- Strong experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
- Commercially minded, organized, and able to manage multiple matters effectively.

Experience of cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and sector expertise in areas such as technology, financial services, energy, healthcare, or education would be advantageous.
