Harkaye Core Talent is delighted to partner with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Principal Associate into its respected Non-Contentious Construction team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice, advising on high-value, complex construction and development projects—alongside an experienced and highly regarded team.
The Role
You will:
- Advise a diverse client base, including developers, investors, funders, contractors, and corporate occupiers, on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters.
- Have a particular emphasis on lawyers with strong experience in:
- Real estate development
- Development funding
- Transactional construction projects

Experience in sectors such as energy, nuclear, wind, rail, roads, or major infrastructure projects would be highly beneficial, but a real estate-focused construction background is the key requirement.
About You
We are looking for solicitors who:
- Have 6+ years’ qualified (PQE), though exceptional candidates with 4–5 years’ experience will also be considered;
- Possess a strong foundation in non-contentious construction law;
- Are commercially minded, with excellent client relationship skills;
- Enthuse about working collaboratively on complex, high-value transactions.
