Principal / Associate Town Planner
Cardiff
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Principal / Associate Town Planner to join an established design and planning consultancy as part of their growing team in Cardiff.
Within the role the successful Principal / Associate Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects including managing applications and appeals, liaising with clients, mentoring junior members of the team, giving expert witness advice, managing budgets and schedules, and assisting with new business development.

For this position candidates are sought with planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment; however, candidates with public sector experience are also encouraged. It is likely that the successful Principal Town Planner will be a Chartered member of the RTPI and be confident in client-facing.
