Principal Business Analyst & Change Lead
Hybrid (Birmingham)
Client-Facing Consulting Role | Leadership Opportunity
Shape business transformation. Influence strategic change. Partner in building a market-leading BA practice.
TXP is seeking a Principal Business Analyst & Change Lead to lead complex business and technology transformation engagements, build trusted client relationships, and support the growth of our Business Analysis capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic business analysis across major transformation programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and executive teams to define business priorities and future-state solutions.
- Drive change adoption, organisational readiness and benefits realisation.
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts, helping develop capability across the practice.
- Support business development, solution shaping and pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to the evolution of TXP's Business Analysis methodologies, tooling and AI-enabled approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Principal or Lead Business Analyst, Business Architect, Change Lead or similar consulting role.
- Proven success delivering business analysis within complex transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
- A passion for developing people, improving practices and delivering measurable client value.
