The opportunity

As a Principal at Gate One, you will operate as a senior leader across client delivery, business development, and firm building.

You will lead large, complex change-led transformation programmes within Life Sciences organisations - for example, across pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices - helping clients navigate regulatory, operational, and cultural complexity while embedding lasting change.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a strategic advisor within accounts, and play a leading role in shaping new opportunities and growing Gate One’s presence within the Life Sciences sector.

Alongside client work, you will contribute to the development of Gate One’s change capability, mentor and develop consultants, and take ownership of key initiatives that support the growth of the firm.

You will

Lead complex Life Sciences change engagements

  • Lead multiple large and complex change-led transformation programmes, with accountability for delivery, quality, and client outcomes.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end change approaches across areas such as culture, behaviours, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, navigating complex organisational and regulatory environments.
  • Oversee multiple teams across engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality and supporting the development of others.
  • Provide quality assurance across deliverables and uphold high standards across all aspects of engagement delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
