We are currently seeking a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join our London office. A busy, dynamic team with a proven track record of delivering innovative infrastructure projects across the South East and beyond.

- Close collaboration with our building, environmental, and transport teams, delivering multi-disciplinary solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical delivery and approval of civil infrastructure projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with clients to influence the development of infrastructure schemes and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You
- MEng/BEng qualified and a Chartered Engineer.
- Experienced in highway and drainage infrastructure design, delivering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.
- Skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary solutions, liaising with clients, regulators, utility companies, and local authorities.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and utility coordination (advantageous).
- A proven leader with a track record of mentoring junior staff and managing project workflows effectively.
