The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join a thriving consultancy whose aim is to cover the complete spectrum across the engineering markets. You will own the full cycle of 360 recruitment across roles from Graduate through Director level, across one of your preferred Engineering disciplines including:
- Aerospace & Defence
- AI
- Data & Automation
- Software & Systems Engineering
- Renewable Energy and Cleantech sectors

The Desk
- 360 recruitment across engineering and project delivery roles.
- Building long-term relationships with employers and candidates across your chosen specialist sectors.
- Sourcing and headhunting talent at all levels.
- Setting up and growing a profitable, niche specialist practice within your chosen engineering discipline.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and benchmarking to your network.
