  • Supporting our clients’ product proposition and operating model as we implement the Sonata software.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define project scope: Work with the client to understand their business operating model and align it with the Sonata software capabilities.
  • Influencing client requirements: Shape client needs to match Sonata’s out-of-the-box functionality while ensuring clarity, feasibility, and a balanced cost-benefit ratio.
  • Validate business needs: Ensure alignment with commercial goals while challenging unclear or unsustainable business drivers.
  • Ensure solution alignment: Oversee documentation approval and high-quality output for all business consulting tasks.
  • Bravura process champion: Advocate proper use of Bravura’s processes, standards, and templates across consulting engagements.
  • Agile methodologies: Support iterative approaches like UML (structured use case specs) where appropriate.
  • Quality gates and build readiness: Supervise adherence to consulting quality gates and ensure specifications are ready for the design-build phase.
  • Project handover: Share refined requirements with the Design and Build team.
  • Estimate ratification: Confirm that effort estimations are sufficiently accurate, integrated, and commercially viable.
  • Scope change management: Collaborate with project managers to approve business justifications for scope adjustments.
  • Overall quality assurance: Responsible for solution quality, advocating best practices on Sonata features.
  • Continuous improvement: Facilitate post-project retrospectives for consulting team upgrades.
  • Team leadership: Own day-to-day quality and performance of all consulted professionals.
  • Performance oversight: Handle performance feedback and objective setting for team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
