Principal Consultant - ERP Specialist

Full-time or Part-time • Hybrid (Bath-based)

We’re Nine Feet Tall … and growing! And we can grow your career too.

We’re a management consultancy specialising in complex business change, blending people and technology. In the last three years, we’ve honed our focus on change management for complex programmes, particularly supporting Project and Portfolio Management, and now increasingly ERP transformations. We’ve delivered measurable value for clients across diverse sectors, making change easier and driving successful transitions.

Despite the complexity of our work, our approach remains deceptively straightforward. Experience and core values shape our decisions: integrity, doing the right thing, excellence, and commitment drive our impact.

As a growth-minded consultancy, we offer more than just big-firm capabilities—we don’t treat clients as transactional numbers. Their positive experience is critical to us, and we strive to build long-term partnerships.

About the Role

Your background has already established you as a skilled Project Manager, Change Manager, or Business Analyst with expertise in ERP implementation. You may be in a consultancy environment and facing a ‘glass ceiling’, or you might be curious about the advantages of transitioning into consulting, including the opportunities to work across dynamic projects and diverse industries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
