Senior/Principal Consultant (GTM/Sales/Marketing Recruitment) – London (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week)
NOTICE: Hybrid (3 days in Soho, London)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our Growth, Technology & Marketing (GTM) team, specialising in commercial recruitment for high-growth tech businesses. This is a self-generating desk with a thriving pipeline, proven case studies, and strong incoming demand. Ideal for those with commercial or recruitment talent—both experienced professionals will thrive.

Responsibilities
Your key areas include:
- Building & nurturing engaged networks of clients and candidates within the marketing and tech industries.
- Client relationship management – proactively growing market shares and identifying new opportunities.
- Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
- Thought leadership – bringing expertise to advise companies on strategic hires for growth.
- Complex negotiations to secure placements that contribute to business expansion.
- Team collaboration to meet individual and group targets.
- Brand advocacy – promoting 3Search in the market.
- Mentorship role – serving as a role model and assisting junior consultants in training & development.

✔ Established track record in commercial recruitment, with consistent revenue achievement. ✔ 180/360Recruitment experience – (full-cycle skills, both talent acquisition and sales). ✔ Strong communication skills – ability to match candidates/clients effectively. ✔ High motivation for continuous development. ✔ Aspiration to be a thought leader in recruitment/marketing tech. ✔ Ideas-driven – innovative approach that encourages team collaboration. ✔ Thrive on giving/receiving high-quality feedback. ✔ Kind professionals who still love the core of recruitment.
