Principal Consultant | CCH Tagetik | UK (Remote) | Full-Time

Henderson Drake is working with a specialist finance technology consultancy to find a Principal Consultant with strong CCH Tagetik experience.

The firm works closely with Group Finance and FP&A teams on complex transformation programmes, delivering end-to-end solutions across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting. Their client base spans mid-market and multinational organisations, so the work is varied and the exposure is broad.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable in a technical configuration environment and a senior client-facing conversation. You will take ownership of full lifecycle Tagetik implementations whilst contributing to the wider growth of the practice.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations across consolidation, close, planning, and reporting
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective solution designs
  • Configure Tagetik applications including data models, workflows, rules, and reporting structures
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A use cases including scenario modelling
  • Lead or support client workshops, testing, and end-user training
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
