About the practice
Since January, we've been building out Enterprise Technology across Life Sciences (covering SAP and Data & AI alongside existing very successful MES, Automation, and QMS/LIMS/WMS practices). Our SAP desk has already secured MSAs, deployed contractors to global pharmaceutical end-users on new greenfield S/4HANA transformations, and landed strategic partner status with one of the top largest System Integrators globally. Data & AI is already gaining real momentum of its own, with live opportunities across R&D Transformation, including applied data science for clinical trials and drug discovery. We've also just made a senior hire to lead our permanent Data & AI team in Europe, who will work closely with this individual, and our SAP client base includes multiple accounts already primed for Data & AI engagement. This is a desk with genuine pull from day one, backed by the infrastructure, relationships, and momentum of a fast-growing practice.

The opportunity
We're looking for a Principal Consultant with 360 contract recruitment experience in Data & AI to build out this desk, establish it as a market leader in Life Sciences, and (for the right person) grow and lead a team around it. You'll work closely with our newly appointed perm Data & AI lead in Europe, tap into a pipeline of SAP clients already primed for Data & AI, and get direct, hands-on investment from a leader who has been a top biller and built successful desks and teams multiple times over.

About you
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Data & AI (or software engineering) contract markets
- A builder's mindset. Comfortable establishing new client relationships and growing a desk
- Ambition for progression, whether that's billing at a high level or moving into leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
