Propel are working with a global executive search firm who are looking to add to their HQ in Leeds!
As a Principal Consultant (also open to Senior), you will set an example within the team, operating as a 360 biller in a set niche across the US. With average fees of £30k+ and uncapped commission up to 60%, you're set to be truly rewarded for your hard work.
This role is based in the Leeds HQ and operates an onsite model, with flexibility where needed.
About Them:
Our client is an Executive Search company based in Leeds City Centre, with a team of specialist headhunters operating across the US and EU Life Sciences market.

About You:
- Proven track record within 360 recruitment (Life Sciences is a huge plus but open to other sectors)
- Comfortable and confident in approaching Business Development with new and existing clients.
- A passion for supporting and developing a team of recruitment consultants
- A team Player who is looking to grow and develop within their recruitment career - both management and non-management opportunities exist here!
