Relocate to New Zealand and join a multi-award-winning Microsoft Partner of the Year — with a growing Business Central practice and nine consecutive years as a Microsoft Inner Circle member.

At Fusion5, we’re more than a solutions provider — we’re a Transformation Partner. We help ambitious organisations across Australia and New Zealand go beyond software to unlock more value, freedom, innovation, and impact from their technology investments. We're passionate about helping customers succeed, and we bring the same energy to supporting our people.
As our Dynamics 365 Business Central practice continues to grow, we're looking for experienced and driven Senior or Principal Functional Consultants to join our high-performing team. This is more than just a consulting role — it's a strategic opportunity to lead transformation, build lasting customer partnerships, and help shape solutions that deliver real impact.
About the Opportunity You'll play a key role in guiding customers through Business Central projects — from pre-sales through to delivery. You'll architect scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions, mentor consultants, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
You'll bring deep expertise, energy, and a genuine passion for solving complex business challenges. You thrive on engaging with customers, uncovering their pain points, and translating insights into tailored, high-value solutions. If you're excited by the idea of driving innovation, influencing outcomes, and being a trusted advisor at the forefront of digital transformation — we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
