About your role
- Lead team interactions and workshops with clients, including conversations with senior stakeholders
- Lead the delivery of complex programme or projects, enabling the team to work effectively towards tight deadlines in a multiple vendor/partner environment
- Lead the team to solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
- Engage with a number of stakeholders to enable large scale organisational change or impact
- Create a personal brand in focus areas of specialisation (e.g. industry / technology / functional domain) and provide thought leadership both within the organisation and to the client
- Mentor and develop consultants within the Utilities practice
- Take a key role in firm development and practice development, e.g. via innovation and learning activities
- Support leadership team on bids and pursuits
- Build strong client relationships and help promote Infosys brand and offerings

Experience
- Experience with the utilities industry, across one of the sectors of Electricity, Water & Gas.
- Experience with the utility industry across the Retail, Transmission & Distribution value chain
- Experience with utility industry across B2C & B2B segments
- Experience of working on functional domains relevant to Utilities industry, such as CRM, EAM, FSM, ETRM, SCADA, GIS, Energy Management systems, (Solar, E-mobility, hydrogen, energy storage etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, data solutions and business application products relevant to Utilities industry.
- Broad business skill set including analytical and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile ways of working and best practices
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Having an excellent insight into the trends within the Utilities industry as well as associated technology trends
- An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
- Able to assess existing client situations and suggest strategies for transformation and thought leadership
- A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
- Having an entrepreneurial mindset, who will engage with leadership on business development, create commercially viable consulting offerings, and help take these offerings to market.
