As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for understanding the Clients’ needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.To make sure the Client is aware of their duties under CDM 2015Review existing H&S information and provide advice if additional surveys are requiredStakeholder engagementOversee the creation of the Design Risk RegisterAssisting the client in identifying suitable project preconstruction informationCompilation of the Pre-construction information packAssurance of supplier appointment, advise on the competency for the roleSupply the Principal Contractor with the H&S information to inform their construction worksTo liaise with the Principal Contractor throughout the construction phaseTo compile the Health and Safety FileQualificationsNEBOSH Diploma / NVQ L6 in Health & SafetyNEBOSH Certificate in Occupational H&SNEBOSH Fire CertificateTechnical Member of IOSHCertified Member of IOSHChartered Member of IOSHAPS Principal DesignerExtensive years + experience working on similar projects / programmesProficient in Design Risk ManagementProficient in the implementation of the Hierarchy of Controls to proposed designs.Proficient in managing the H&S risk of the preconstruction stageAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
