🚀 Shape the Future of Cloud Delivery
We are seeking an experienced Principal DevOps & CloudOps Engineer to design, build, and evolve our enterprise DevOps framework, enabling the reliable, scalable, secure, and automated deployment of technology services across AWS cloud environments.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, DevSecOps, and operational excellence. Working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Architecture, and Reliability teams, you will play a key role in transforming how teams build, deploy, and operate cloud-native services.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and continuously improve enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Develop standardized DevOps frameworks that enable engineering teams to deploy independently and safely into production.
- Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform.
- Build secure, resilient, and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities across multiple environments.
- Drive DevSecOps best practices and embed security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Support cloud incident response and service restoration for production environments.
- Enable FinOps practices through cloud cost visibility, optimization, and resource utilization reporting.
- Maintain pipeline roadmaps, platform upgrades, and cloud technology standards.
- Partner with engineering teams to onboard applications and services onto the platform.
- Remove delivery bottlenecks and automate manual processes across development, testing, release, and operations.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior, Lead, Principal, or Platform DevOps Engineer.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud operations.
- Strong experience building and managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Demonstrable experience designing CI/CD pipelines from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience supporting large engineering organizations and scaling deployment platforms.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CloudOps, DevSecOps, and FinOps principles.
- Experience working with monorepositories and enabling parallel deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS preferred).
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash.
- Experience implementing observability, monitoring, and operational tooling.
- Understanding of release management, configuration management, and service management practices.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security controls, governance, and information security best practices.

- Experience with enterprise platform engineering initiatives.
- Knowledge of SRE principles and operational excellence frameworks.
- Experience implementing cloud cost optimization and FinOps governance.
- Exposure to multi-account AWS environments and landing zone architectures.
- Experience integrating security scanning and compliance controls within CI/CD pipelines.
