🚀 An Exceptional Opportunity for a Senior Tech Recruiter Ready to Own the US Market
We're exclusively representing one of the UK's most respected specialist technology executive search firms — and this is arguably their most strategically important hire of the year.
They've already generated £685,000 in US billings this year with no dedicated US hire in place. One client relationship alone has delivered £1.3 million in fees. The proof of concept is there. Now they're ready to invest — and this role is the centrepiece of that ambition.
The Role: Senior Principal / Associate Director — US Market

You'll be the first dedicated US hire, with full ownership of building and growing the US client base across two high-performing verticals: AI Infrastructure and Hedge Fund Technology.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in tech recruitment at Principal, Senior Principal or AD level
- US BD experience — you understand how to sell into the American market
- Background in AI infrastructure, data centre, FAANG-level tech or AI lab recruitment
- Familiarity with the nuances of US hiring: state tax laws, hub models, compliance
- Hedge fund technology experience — a strong advantage
- High standards, strong work ethic and the ambition to build something significant

Commission Structure — No Threshold
- Paid Monthly
- Up to 40%
- Hit ÂŁ500k+ and your total payout (base + commission) reaches 40% of all billings.
The Setup
- Our client is open to fully remote candidates as long as you are already based in the UK
- Work US hours
- If you are outside of London, then monthly visits to the London office will be required (2-3)
- Reporting into a Director who is on track to bill ÂŁ1 million this year
