Principal Full Stack Engineer
London | Hybrid | Leeds | Permanent
An award-winning cloud-native technology consultancy well regarded across the UK engineering community for the quality of their delivery and the strength of their culture is looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join a growing team.
This isn't a role where you'll be parked on one account writing tickets. You'll be working across a varied client base spanning public sector, NHS and private organisations, shaping architectural decisions, influencing at a strategic level, and helping organisations genuinely improve how they deliver through technology.

What they are looking for:
- Strong full stack engineering background across at least two of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C# or Java.
- Cloud-first experience
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.
- Experience providing technical leadership across teams or programmes, shaping architectural decisions and mentoring engineers.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business goals into technical outcomes.
- Public sector or healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential.
