About Biostream

At Biostream, we're building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of battlefield medical intelligence. Our platform combines physiological data, AI, and operational intelligence to improve survivability in the world's most demanding environments.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional engineer to architect and build our next-generation Trusted Research Environment: a secure, AI-native platform where sensitive medical data, foundation models, and researchers can work together safely.

This is not a traditional infrastructure role. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with modern AI tooling and can move at the pace of today's AI ecosystem while applying the engineering discipline required for highly secure environments.

What you'll build

  • Design and implement our AI-native Trusted Research Environment from the ground up.
  • Build secure compute environments for training, evaluating, and deploying AI models.
  • Create infrastructure that enables researchers to analyze sensitive data without exposing or exporting it.
  • Architect permissions, audit logging, identity management, and secure collaboration.
  • Integrate modern AI tooling, coding agents, and developer workflows into a secure platform.
  • Work closely with our AI and product teams to ensure our infrastructure accelerates, rather than restricts, innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
