Job Responsibilities
The Principal, Global Feasibility is responsible for handling the highest complexity level RFPs (Request for Proposals) and feasibility assessments global in scope. Key responsibilities include:
- Independent Feasibility & RPO Management
- Independently assesses and proposes optimal approaches for RFPs and feasibility assessments across all therapeutic areas.
- Applies expertise to determine the depth of analysis and data required.
- Develops pre-award site-level feasibility assessments into presentations/reports for internal and external stakeholders without oversight.

Strategic Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Works cross-functionally with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, and Analysts to resolve RFP challenges without escalation.
- Identifies innovative solutions for complex or non-standard requests.
- Able to mentor junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead—guiding written/presentation content, data insights, and career transitions (as directed by line management).

Leadership & Representation
- Serves as the global spokesperson for Feasibility, ensuring high professionalism, integrity, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- May coordinate teams on large joint projects, alliance partnerships, or multi-study assignments.

Operational Excellence
- Delivers quality, data-rich reporting with meticulous record-keeping stored in internal libraries.
- Actively develops departmental metrics to measure protocol feasibility impact.
- Influences Feasibility-impacted processes as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Partially responsible for designing/maintaining departmental databases for historical feasibility data retrieval.

Research & Consulting Capabilities
- Conducts independent research on clinical science/operations using internal tools and external literature.
- Supports bid defense materials and prepares for client-facing teleconferences with minimal supervisor oversight.

Qualifications & Experience
To qualify, candidates must meet one of the following education/experience combinations:
- BS / RN / MS + 7 years in relevant roles
- PhD / MD + 3 years in relevant roles
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep expertise in drug development, global country/site feasibility analysis, and clinical study start-up processes.
- Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory operations, study management, and trial monitoring.
- Proven track record in customer-focused roles, demonstrating responsive, adaptable service.
- Analytical & strategic skills, including synthesis of cross-functional data, big-picture thinking, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining precision, quality, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional oral/written communication for high-level client relations.
