Principal Investigator (Phase 2–4 Clinical Trials)
Reports to: Medical Director

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the physician of record and lead clinical oversight for assigned trials
- Review and approve:
- Study protocol(s)
- Informed consent documents
- Source documentation
- Conduct:
- Physical exams
- Medical reviews
- Oversee safety assessments for participants
- Ensure compliance with:
- ICH-GCP
- FDA regulations
- IRB requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the clinical research team
- Engage with:
- Sponsors
- Monitors
- Regulatory bodies
- Occasional travel for:
- Audits
- Site visits
- Team meetings
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with:
- Active and unrestricted license
- 3+ years as a Principal Investigator in clinical research (Phase 2–4 preferred)
Specialties & Skills
- Board certification in:
- Internal medicine
- Endocrinology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- FDA regulations
- Clinical operations
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving
- Passion for innovation, ethics, and patient-centered care
