Principal Maritime Engineer
London | Hybrid
Salary circa £80,000 + Excellent Benefits
I'm currently working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Principal Maritime Engineer to join its growing Infrastructure Engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role on technically challenging ports, harbours, waterfront and coastal engineering projects, while helping to shape the future of a growing team.
The Role:
- Lead the delivery of complex maritime engineering projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams and client relationships.
- Mentor and develop Engineers and Graduates.
- Support business development and the continued growth of the Maritime team.

We're looking for:
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards Chartership).
- Strong maritime or coastal engineering experience.
- Proven project leadership and client management skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
