A prime opportunity to grow as a Principal .NET Developer within a fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in Manchester.

The Technology Team
The tech department is structured into cross-functional product teams, each focused on developing a suite of cloud-based, web, and mobile applications. Working agilely, these teams deliver small, high-value updates to customers frequently.

The Role
As a Principal .NET Developer, you’ll take a leadership position within teams responsible for building and enhancing their flagship software platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, implementation, and testing of high-performance applications
- Championing engineering best practices, including TDD, SOLID principles, and clean code
- Driving CI/CD pipelines for seamless and rapid deployment
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through pair programming and mentoring
- Shipping scalable, reliable solutions in an agile, fast-paced environment

Core Skills & Expertise
🔹 C# & .NET development 🔹 RESTful API design & implementation 🔹 Azure Cloud proficiency (including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, CosmosDB) 🔹 Test-Driven Development (TDD) 🔹 CI/CD Pipeline expertise 🔹 Strong understanding of SOLID principles
