Principal OneStream Consultant Remote with UK travel Permanent - open to candidates with right to work in the UK

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading finance transformation consultancy to hire an experienced Senior / Principal OneStream Consultant. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role delivering full‑lifecycle OneStream projects across consolidation, planning, forecasting, ESG, lease accounting and wider EPM use cases.

Joining this high‑growth OneStream partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the most complex and rewarding OneStream programmes in the market. Backed by a passionate leadership team, this is a chance to step into a business that’s scaling fast, investing heavily in people, and creating real opportunities for Senior and Principal‑level consultants to shape its future.

You’ll work directly with Finance, IT and C‑suite stakeholders, shaping solution design, leading workshops, building complex business rules, developing integrations, and guiding clients through deployment, go‑live and ongoing optimisation. This role suits someone who thrives across the full project lifecycle and enjoys combining technical depth with strong consulting and finance process expertise.

What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end OneStream implementations from requirements and design through build, deployment and post‑go‑live support Develop business rules, calculations and automation using VB.NET/C# Build and troubleshoot integrations from ERPs, APIs and flat files Run workshops with Finance and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions Deliver best‑practice configuration, metadata, workflow and security design Support UAT, cutover, go‑live and performance tuning Provide admin training, documentation and knowledge transfer Contribute to pre‑sales demos, PoCs and RFP responses Mentor junior consultants and support internal best‑practice development

What You’ll Work On Financial close & consolidation Planning, budgeting & forecasting ESG and regulatory reporting Lease accounting Workflow optimisation, automation and performance improvements Client enablement and long‑term value realisation

What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ hands‑on OneStream implementation experience Strong business rule development (VB.NET/C#) and integration skills Solid understanding of finance processes: close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting Experience leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders Strong documentation, communication and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational/multidimensional databases OneStream certification(s) preferred
