About This Role
You'll be joining a consultancy that values practical delivery over PowerPoint promises. This is a technical Oracle integration role where you'll shape how major organisations connect their Fusion systems to the wider world.
What makes this different? You'll own the full integration lifecycle. From designing the approach with clients through to making it work in production. No handoffs to someone else when it gets tricky. You'll work across different sectors (public and private), which means varied challenges rather than the same patterns on repeat.
The technical depth here is real. You'll be working with Fusion REST APIs at a level where you understand not just how to call them, but how pagination, OAuth scopes, and error handling actually work.
You'll design integration patterns that suit each client's needs, whether that's real-time synchronisation, batch processing, or event-driven flows. And when things need to scale or perform better, you'll be the one making that happen.
This isn't about following blueprints. Clients will look to you for creative solutions to their integration challenges. You'll need to balance what's technically elegant with what actually delivers value for them. That means understanding their business, not just their systems.

Oracle Fusion Integration Experience: Demonstrable experience integrating to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM or SCM) across multiple clients
Integration Tools: Hands-on delivery using one or more of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or MuleSoft

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
