Job Description

Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect

YOU MUST BE SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR CTC CLEARANCE. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

This is an opportunity to move beyond implementation and become a trusted supply chain transformation advisor.

As a Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect, you'll partner with senior business and technology leaders to solve complex supply chain challenges, define enterprise-wide Oracle solution strategies, and guide critical transformation decisions.

Working across some of the most ambitious Oracle Cloud programmes in the market, you'll combine deep supply chain expertise, architectural leadership, and commercial acumen to deliver lasting business value.

You'll join a highly regarded Oracle practice where your insight, influence, and leadership will directly shape client success, practice growth, and the future of our Oracle SCM capability.

Why This Role Exists

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Supply Chain Solution Architect to provide strategic solution leadership across complex Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programmes.

This is not a configuration-focused role. It is a senior advisory and architecture position for an individual who can engage confidently with executive business and technology stakeholders, understand complex supply chain challenges, and translate them into practical Oracle-enabled solutions.

As the lead supply chain advisor across a portfolio of Oracle Cloud clients, you will shape transformation roadmaps, guide critical design decisions, influence programme direction, and help organisations maximise the value of their Oracle investment.

Many of our clients operate within highly regulated and operationally complex environments, where balancing business objectives, compliance requirements, and technology enablement is critical to success.

You will be comfortable operating independently at executive level, navigating ambiguity, facilitating complex decisions, and providing confident leadership in programmes where risk, complexity, and competing priorities are commonplace.

You will be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a recognised authority on how Oracle Cloud can enable supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Advisory

You Will:

  • Lead Oracle SCM solution architecture across discovery, design, delivery, optimisation, and transformation engagements.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on supply chain operating models, process design, Oracle capabilities, implementation approaches, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, solution option assessments, roadmap planning, and design authority discussions.
  • Develop high-quality architecture artefacts including:
    • Solution option papers
    • Target operating model inputs
    • Conceptual solution designs
    • Roadmaps and transformation recommendations
    • Cross-functional impact assessments
  • Shape end-to-end Oracle solutions spanning Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Product Management, Planning, Order Management, Reporting, Integration, and Data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
