About the Role

We are in a period of significant product and commercial transformation, and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive ambitious initiatives across the Attest portfolio.

You’ll navigate uncertainty, lead cross-functional squads through discovery and development, and partner deeply with commercial leaders to ensure what we build actually wins in the market.

We are looking for Principal Product Managers who may either:

  • Lead on the development and commercialisation of early + emerging new ventures for the Attest business
  • Take ownership of an existing proposition + drive commercial growth

In either case, this is a high-stakes role where you will be responsible for taking raw concepts and turning them into commercially viable, AI-native B2B product solutions.

At Attest, we have big ambitions and clear goals. For too long, global brands have operated in a state of "educated guessing," trapped by a research model that is slow, linear, and fragmented. Attest is trusted for agile, quantitative research at scale, helping Enterprise brands make confident decisions at pace. We are now evolving from a survey platform into an AI-native consumer insights engine. We’re becoming multimodal and agentic: a system that orchestrates the entire research lifecycle - from surveys, to AI-moderated interviews, to instant synthetic predictions.

Why this role?

  • True product ownership: You’ll own across the full product life-cycle, through discovery to launch. You’ll also manage the success of existing products, balancing incremental optimisation with new strategic bets.
  • B2B commercial impact: You’ll work to deliver compelling Enterprise-ready solutions, ensuring our solutions win in the market and drive revenue.
  • AI-native by design: You’ll work at the bleeding edge of B2B AI. We aren't just adding AI features; we are building a differentiated, AI-driven proposition that fundamentally changes how our customers work. You’ll also be expected to bring AI-led workflows to how your team works, partnering across Product, Design + Engineering to bring efficiency to our processes.
  • High-visibility influence: As a senior leader, you will have a direct line to leadership. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, influence strategy, and drive the commercial narrative of our product evolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We are able to offer between £100,000–135,000 depending on experience.

In-person and remote working balance

We embrace a flexible hybrid work model. While we don't mandate specific office days, we ask Attesters to work on-site 2 days per week. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product discovery & development: Take full ownership of planning and executing the product roadmap for your product area, leading the discovery phase for new product features and capabilities and driving the hard prioritisation calls. You’ll be comfortable owning a large product surface area, or taking the lead in a 0-1 environment. You’re motivated by taking concept to validated MVP, scoping lean and prioritising learning velocity.
  • Strategic B2B + commercial impact: You'll shape the 'why' and the 'what', translating business goals and customer insights into a clear, compelling product direction that the whole company can rally behind. As part of this, you’ll craft and own solutions that drive tangible revenue impact. You are the primary driver of product-market fit, ensuring new innovations strengthen the collective Attest value proposition. You’ll also work with commercial teams to drive an impactful go-to-market strategy for your product.
  • Product ownership: You’ll build technology to be relied on by Enterprise users for daily work. You’ll work closely with the business to grow and maintain your product solutions, ensuring they meet market + customer’s expectations, and any issues are resolved in a timely and robust way.
  • Cross-functional leadership & influence: You’ll act as the strategic anchor for Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams. You’ll need to lead through uncertainty, align disparate stakeholders around a vision, and keep the team moving fast without losing sight of the goal.
  • Technical craft: You’re familiar with full-stack environments. You can navigate the stack, speak credibly with Engineering, and know when to push back on technical decisions.
  • AI implementation & strategy: You’ll integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product. You’ll stay ahead of AI trends to ensure our products solve complex B2B problems in ways that weren't possible two years ago.
  • Hands-on execution: We are a small, fast team. You’ll be writing specs, creating + testing prototypes, analysing data, and doing whatever it takes to unblock your squad. If you need a layer of project managers to get things done, this isn't the right fit.

What You Bring

  • A track record of taking products from concept to customer, with proven revenue. Ideally, you’ve done this in a fast-paced scale-up.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, possessing the ability to distill chaos into a structured and prioritised roadmap that keeps your team focused on the highest-leverage tasks.
  • You maintain the big picture and the detail at the same time. You're comfortable working with Exec/Director/VP-level stakeholders to define strategy, and are equally comfortable getting into the weeds of a feature with your team.
  • Deep immersion in the LLM and Generative AI ecosystem over the last 1–2 years, bringing an AI-native perspective to product development.
  • You have a strong commercial instinct. You understand B2B go-to-market dynamics and are familiar partnering with Commercial teams to build for both buyers and users, launching products and features that sell, not just products that work.
  • You are a highly skilled influencer who can navigate complex internal landscapes, building trust quickly with everyone from Engineering, Design to Commercial leadership. You act as the voice of the product in any room. You are quick to resolve misalignment and bring confidence in your decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer insights, research technology, or adjacent data-driven categories.

Our benefits

  • Equity, everyone at Attest owns a piece of what we build together.
  • Work from anywhere up to 20 days a year.
  • 25 days holiday per year plus additional festive days.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • 1 day per quarter to do charity or community work.
  • Family friendly benefits, including enhanced parental leave (18 weeks paid leave for Primary carer), up to 12 weeks paid leave for premature births and neonatal care, plus paid leave for IVF and fertility treatment or pregnancy loss.

We want to give everyone the opportunity to showcase their best selves during the interview process and beyond. Do let us know if there are any adjustments you’d like to make to ensure it’s more inclusive – we’re learning too, so we’re more than happy to adapt and accommodate where possible.
