Principal Product Manager - B2B Fintech
Principal Product Manager | Series A B2B Fintech | £130k–£150k + Equity
Location: Central London | Hybrid
About the Role
A fast-growing AI fintech, recently raising a $15m+ Series A from a tier-one investor, is hiring its first dedicated Product Manager.
Until now, the product has been led directly by the co-founder, who has functioned as Chief Product Officer (CPO) while scaling the business from zero to millions in annual recurring revenue (ARR). With initial product-market fit now established, they are seeking an experienced PM to own major new product bets, spanning payments, AI-powered workflows, and embedded finance.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founders, engineering, and design teams to guide products through discovery to launch and commercial impact in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from first principles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
