We are in a period of significant product and commercial transformation, and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive ambitious initiatives across the Attest portfolio, with primary focus on evolving our Core proposition.
You’ll navigate uncertainty, lead cross-functional squads through discovery and development, and partner deeply with commercial leaders to ensure what we build actually wins in the market.
Why this role?
- True product ownership: You’ll own across the full product life-cycle, through discovery to launch. You’ll also manage the success of existing products, balancing incremental optimisation with new strategic bets.
- B2B commercial impact: You’ll work to deliver compelling Enterprise-ready solutions, ensuring our solutions win in the market and drive revenue.
- AI-native: You’ll work at the bleeding edge of B2B AI, re-imaging how our features and experiences fit in an AI-first world. You’ll also be expected to bring AI-led workflows to how your team works, partnering across Product, Design + Engineering to bring efficiency to our processes.
Salary
We are able to offer between £100–135K depending on experience.
In-person and remote working balance
We embrace a flexible hybrid work model. While we don't mandate specific office days, we ask Attesters to work on-site 2 days per week. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Product discovery & development: Take full ownership of planning and executing the product roadmap for your product area, leading the discovery phase for new product features and capabilities and driving the hard prioritisation calls. You’ll validate high-level concepts with B2B customers, define the MVP, and drive the build through to customer launch.
- Strategic B2B + commercial impact: You'll shape the 'why' and the 'what', translating business goals and customer insights into a clear, compelling product direction that the whole company can rally behind. As part of this, you’ll craft and own solutions that drive tangible revenue impact.
- Product ownership: You’ll own a large product surface area, relied on by Enterprise users for daily work. You’ll work closely with the business to maintain the core Attest product, ensuring it meets customer’s expectations, and any issues are resolved in a timely and robust way.
- Cross-functional leadership & influence: Act as the strategic anchor for Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams. You’ll need to lead through uncertainty, align disparate stakeholders around a vision, and keep the team moving fast without losing sight of the goal.
- Technical craft: Familiarity with full-stack environments. You can navigate the stack, speak credibly with Engineering, and know when to push back on technical decisions.
- AI implementation & strategy: Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product. You’ll stay ahead of AI trends to ensure our products solve complex B2B problems in ways that weren't possible two years ago.
- Hands-on execution: We are a small, fast team. You’ll be writing specs, creating + testing prototypes, analysing data, and doing whatever it takes to unblock your squad. If you need a layer of project managers to get things done, this isn't the right fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring
- A track record of taking products from concept to customer, with proven revenue. Ideally, you’ve done this in a fast-paced scale-up.
- You thrive in ambiguity, possessing the ability to distill chaos into a structured and prioritised roadmap that keeps your team focused on the highest-leverage tasks.
- You maintain the big picture and the detail at the same time. You're comfortable working with Director/VP-level stakeholders to define strategy, and are equally comfortable getting into the weeds of a feature with your team.
- You have hands-on experience building and shipping products that leverage AI. You understand the technical constraints and the unique UX of AI.
- You have a strong commercial instinct. You understand B2B go-to-market dynamics and are familiar partnering with Commercial teams to build for both buyers and users, launching products and features that sell, not just products that work.
- You are a highly skilled influencer who can navigate complex internal landscapes, building trust quickly with everyone from Engineering, Design to Commercial leadership. You act as the voice of the product in any room. You are quick to resolve misalignment and bring confidence in your decision-making.
