Principal Program Manager, Gemini Enterprise Transformation
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program or project management. 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced, rapidly changing AI industry to orchestrate cross-functional teams around a common goal. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align, influence, and drive strategic business strategies with C-level stakeholders. Track record managing, enablement, or co-selling with large industry-leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and advanced boutique AI partners on a global scale.
About The Job
As the Principal Program Manager for the Gemini Enterprise Transformation (GET) program, you will play a defining role in accelerating Google Cloud’s market position as a global leader in Generative AI. You will lead the operationalization, execution, and continuous evolution of a massive-scale ecosystem initiative designed to build enterprise-grade AI and Google Engineering (GE) capabilities and practices across our leading Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and AI Pureplay partners.
Positioned at the intersection of strategic ecosystem scaling and high-stakes transformation, you will take a unique, global perspective to drive multi-year business growth and platform adoption. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex, non-standard cross-functional commitments across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Operating in a rapidly changing industry, you will bridge the gap between high-level executive strategy and field-level execution, ensuring that our partners possess the deep capability required to solve our customers' most critical business problems through Google Cloud AI.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
Direct the end-to-end execution of the program across the partner lifecycle, monitoring partner progress and capability milestones in close collaboration with Global and Regional Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Sales Account teams. Act as the primary orchestration engine and conduit between partners, GTM leadership, and internal Google stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal—to systematically unlock program progress and dismantle delivery blockers. Evaluate changing market conditions, technological breakthroughs, and performer movements to dynamically evolve the GET program model, safeguarding Google Cloud's strategic market position and maximizing AI investment value for customers. Cultivate relationships with internal and external C-level partner executives, presenting strategic programmatic proposals and aligning joint business growth plans with Google Cloud's top priorities.
