Principal Quality Engineer, SGT

Quality Manager – Small Gas Turbine (SGT) Projects


A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us in a pivotal quality management role within our Project Management function for Small Gas Turbine (SGT) projects. You will ensure process integrity, embed quality throughout the project lifecycle—from planning to delivery—while supporting successful project execution.

By focusing on:

  • Project quality planning
  • Ongoing assurance
  • Process improvement
  • Stakeholder reporting

you will drive excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will deliver high-impact results across every stage of our projects while fostering a quality-first culture.


How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Conduct internal audits and process reviews on active SGT projects to ensure compliance with:
    • Quality plans
    • ISO 9001 standards
  • Monitor project activities to:
    • Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and risks
    • Ensure timely resolution
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for:
    • Project non-conformances
    • Customer complaints
    • Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Develop and implement custom Quality Management Plans (QMPs) aligned with:
    • Customer requirements
    • Company standards
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to:
    • Project management
    • Stakeholders
    • Serve as the primary quality contact for all matters

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Engineering
    • Business Administration
    • A related technical field
  • Proven experience in:
    • Quality management
    • Preferably in a project-based or engineering environment

Technical & Methodological Skills

  • Certified in:
    • Six Sigma Green Belt
    • ISO 9001 (Internal/Lead Auditor)
  • Strong command of:
    • Quality methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
    • ISO 9001 standards
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
